Why a heat pump?
A new single zone ductless heat pump is the best way to feel the difference a heat pump makes with out breaking the bank. They are efficient, quiet, and reliable.
A 12,000 btu ductless heat pump can heat and cool a larger area than you may expect. They can heat an entire single floor of a house, heat a whole garage, and even a massive bedroom. Plus you get cooling as a bonus on those scorching days.
If your installation requires more than 12,000 btu we will let you know if there is a better option available to you.

What does my installation include?
- One outdoor heat pump unit and one indoor highwall mounted ductless unit (12000 btu)
- A condenser pad for the outdoor unit to securely sit on
- Line set ducting or 'fortress' to shield the copper lines from the elements
- An add on surge protector to protect the electronics of the heat pump from voltage spikes
- A thourough walk through and education on system operation
- Not included: Electrical disconnect with 15 amp breaker. We can provide electrical work for an additional cost of approximately $600 (depending on installation) or you are welcome to use your own electrician
